Dr. Babcock is a very caring, compassionate, and professional veterinarian. He went above my expectations caring for my 6 year old cat, Julius, who was possibly hit by a car, and suffered severe facial trauma. He understood my financial concerns and went above and beyond to seek out affordable options for Julius' course of treatment. He referred me to a great specialist who can repair Julius' broken jaw. I am so grateful and 100% satisfied with Dr. Babcocks' care for Julius. And I am also grateful and pleased with the staff who helped care for Julius. I was unable to take Julius in myself, so my mom took him for me. The staff was so warm and comforting towards her. My mom is diabetic and wasn't feeling well herself, so they offered her a snack and coffee. I didn't get a chance to meet Dr. Babcock in person, but judging by our phone conversations; seeing the quality of care my cat received; and being treated so well and professionalIy by everyone, I would definitely recommend this hospital. Not only do they care for your pets, they care for the pet parents too.
